Education Tracks Offered
In-Office Clinical Mentorship (at Dr. Shahriari’s Practice)
Personalized, real-time training using Dr. Shahriari’s or the visiting doctor’s patients.

Observation Only – Dr. Shahriari’s Patients
• Half-Day (1–3 procedures): $2,000–$2,500
• Full-Day (3–5+ procedures): $3,500–$4,500
• Includes case review, clinical commentary, and discussion throughout.
B
Bring Your Own Patient (Dr. Shahriari Performs Surgery)
• Implant Placement:
• 1 implant – $2,500
• 2–3 implants – $2,000 each
• 4+ implants – $1,500 each
• Mentorship Fee: $1,500 per case
(includes CT planning, review, and live surgical guidance)
• Payment: Either the referring doctor pays both fees, or the patient pays for surgery, and doctor pays mentorship fee

Comprehensive training on full-arch cases with immediate loading protocols.
AOX Case Type: Upper and/or Lower Full Arch
• Surgical Fee: $15,000–$17,000 (paid by patient or referring doctor)
• Restorative Phase: Performed by referring doctor with guidance
• Lab Coordination: Ritter-connected lab suggested; lab fee paid directly
• Mentorship Includes: Full surgical planning, guided placement, and restorative workflow support
• Patient Ownership: Remains with the referring doctor
